The bushless motor provides more power, less weight and has a longer service life compared to standard brushed motors. This combined with the high power, low weight Li-ion battery results in a powered wheelbarrow that has a capacity to carry 6 times its own weight. The electric brake allows safe operation up or downhill and will hold the barrow in place when you park it. The wheelbarrow has a control panel on the right handle which you can adjust with your thumb to set the direction, speed or for breaking. The motor can be turned off and the barrow manoeuvred manually if required. It comes with a metal tray with a capacity of 80 liters, seamlessly pressed from one piece of sheet metal. While the wheelbarrow has IP64 rating for outdoor use in the rain, powering through mud and carting cement mix, it is not intended for extended exposure or storage in a wet environment. The power source is a powerful 40V/6Ah Li-ion battery with an LED display showing its charge level and instantaneous battery voltage. The removable battery allows it to be easily charged and stored in a dry and insulated environment. The battery has protection against discharge below the minimum level, against overload during excessive current consumption, overcharging, short circuit and sudden temperature increase during work. Thanks to the Li-ion technology, it can be recharged at any time without reducing its capacity. The Li-ion battery has minimal self-discharge and stores the charge for a long time ready for use.
